Blackburn Magistrates Court POLICE were called after a man outstayed his welcome at his girlfriend's house. Blackburn magistrates heard Jonathan Spence had got drunk and as she was ushering him out of her house trapped his fingers in the door. Spence, 39, of Albion Street, Clitheroe, was convicted in his absence of being drunk and disorderly in Brunshaw Avenue, Burnley. He was fined £220 with £85 costs and £34 victim surcharge.
