Developers are set to put forward detailed plans for a 1 million sq ft plus logistics scheme just off the A14 on the outskirts of Ipswich in Suffolk. The 60-acre site, to be known as Orwell Logistics Park, is being promoted by developers BentallGreenOak and Equation Properties and will consist of four units between 88,000 – 500,000 sq ft totalling 1,046,250 sq ft, to be built on a phased basis.
