A Cambridge man accused of engaging in sexual conduct with a minor victim was one of 14 people recently indicted by a Guernsey County Common Pleas Court Grand Jury.
John Cecil Gerdau Jr., 36, faces one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor or corruption of a minor, a third-degree felony.
The offense for which Gerdau was charged was committed on Dec. 17, according to the court s online records.
An initial charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor was filed by Cambridge Police on Dec. 22. As part of the bond, Gerdau was prohibited from having contact with the alleged victim or a Stewart Avenue property.
