RALEIGH — The Great Meadows megasite in Burke County is one of several sites in the state served by rail to receive an award from the North Carolina Railroad Company.
The Build Ready sites 2023 Program award recipients are:Great Meadows Site (Burke County) - $500,000;Energy Way Industrial Complex (Richmond County) - $500,000;Ammons Site (Nash County) - $500,000; andThe Highway 1
