Starbucks must reinstate two Colorado baristas who were "illegally" fired, a National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) judge ruled.
A federal judge with the National Labor Relations Board said that Starbucks unlawfully fired two Colorado baristas who were involved in organizing a union. In a recommended order, the judge said the company should rehire them and give them back pay.
