'Lucille Ball pond' redevelopment plan in Edison NJ comes into focus
MyCentralJersey.com EDISON – The redevelopment plan for the property at 110 Clive St., along the Edison and Metuchen border, are becoming clearer. The developer formally notified nearby residents, in a letter last week, about his intention to fill in or disturb the so-called “Lucille Ball pond” on the site to build homes there. The letters, from an environmental consultant to residents living within 200 feet of the property, as well as several Edison boards, indicate S&A General Construction and Development of Edison is applying to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection...
