Anne M. Devlin, 74, of Montoursville passed away Monday, Feb. 22, 2021, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Anne was born on Jan. 4, 1947, in Philadelphia, and was the daughter of the late Anne and Neil Dougherty. She was married to the late George V. Smith and then the late Joseph C. Devlin.
She is survived by two children, Chris Smith (Tara) and Peggy Shoemaker (Brad), and preceded in death by a son, George Smith (Shelly), and a daughter, Marie Smith.
Also surviving are nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren who she loved dearly.
There will be a visitation from noon to 1 p.m. with a celebration of life service beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 27, at Crouse Funeral Home, 133 E. Third St., Williamsport. In keeping with CDC guidelines, a mask and social distancing will be required. ....
