A 40-year-old man is being remembered for his dedication to his firefighting career and his big smile after he was fatally shot while off-duty in Minneapolis. Joseph C. One man was taken to the hospital Sunday morning after a shooting in the 900 block of Cedar Avenue South, police said. He was later identified as Joseph C. Johns.
No arrests have been announced.
