Moskow Trust, purchased the home at 3715 South Ocean Boulevard from David Alan and Shannon Rae Willens. Moskow formerly founded and led Accuity Delivery Systems, a healthcare-related business based in Las Vegas, according to the company’s website. David Alan Willens co-founded and is vice-chairman of Boca Raton-based Sage Dental Management Services, a dental company with operations in Florida and Georgia, according to his LinkedIn. Palm Beach County property records show David Alan Willens and Megan A. Willens bought the property for $125,000 in 2011. David Alan Willens became the sole owner in 2014.
