Two managers of the Landing of Southampton, a Bucks County nursing home, are facing criminal charges for allegedly failing to report three sexual assaults that occurred there in July 2021. Ashley Harker, 37, and Joy Alfonsi, 47, were notified by staffers about three sexual assaults committed by a male resident with dementia, but did not report them, the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office says.
