Fbi now says that they say they pulled it off by rigging tractor trailer with a gps tracker and Remote Control device connected to the can of pepper spray. They then trailed the armored truck on i95 from miami to North Carolina that is when they used Remote Control to fill the trucks cab with pepper sprays forcing them to pull over.
