The NJC took the decision to set up the 15 probe panels after reviewing the recommendations of three Preliminary Complaint Assessment Committees (PCACs).
The National Judicial Council has empanelled 15 committees to investigate allegations of misconduct against judicial officers of the Federal and State High Courts. NJC’s Director of Information, Soji Oye, Esq in a statement said the decision was made at the 99th meeting of the council on 30, November and 01, December 2022.
