Gary Karnes, Democratic Party stalwart, activist, historian, dies at 76
Gary Karnes of Pacific Grove, was a long-time activist, community organizer, campaign consultant and local historian, who died Oct. 25, with his partner Heidi Feldman and her daughter Julia Triplett at his side, after a battle with prostate cancer. He was 76.
