PRESENTATION Char Kastern, Clerk of Courts, received Employee of the 4th Quarter Award. Michelle Wick, Clerk of Courts, accepted award on her behalf. Kastern recognized for respectful nature, positive attitude in difficult situations, training of new employees, and completion of court financials.
