Man charged with sexually battering girl in Palm Coast
A Virginia man is being held in the Flagler County Detention Facility on charges that he violently sexually battered a girl in Palm Coast, according to the sheriff's office. Isaac Julio Becker, now 21, is accused of committing the crimes on multiple occasions between 2017 and 2019 when the girl was between 13 and 15 years old, Brittany Kershaw, a spokeswoman with the sheriff's office, said.
