There will be no in-person observation in First Baptist Church in Dover this year of Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. Day Monday. The annual event for Tuscarawas County has been called off because of concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic, according to church officials. However, there are online observances available from elsewhere in Ohio. On Monday, U.S. Sen.
