Precious Chikwendu, the estranged wife of former Minister of Aviation and chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Femi Fani-Kayode, has taken a legal action to reclaim the custody of their children. The suit marked CV/372/2021 which was filed by her lawyer, Mrs. E. D. Moi-Wuyep, before Justice Slyvanus Oriji of the Federal Capital Territory High court, Apo seeks amongst others, the custody of the four children produced by the marriage. She also urged the court to order the ex-minister to pay N3.438 million to her monthly for the upkeep of the children.
