Rye Country Day School gets tax exemption for off-campus faculty housing
Second Appellate Division judges decided on Jan. 25 that a Westchester Supreme Court justice erred when he upheld a decision by City of Rye officials who denied tax-exempt status for six off-campus townhouses on New Street.
