પોર્ન ફિલ્મો બનાવવાના કેસમાં રાજ કુંદ્રાને ફરતે ગાળિયો વધારે કસાઈ રહ્યો છે. સૂત્રોના જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે શુક્રવારે ક્રાઈમ બ્રાન્ચ દ્વારા શિલ્પા શેટ્ટીના ઘરે ધામા નાખવામાં આવ્યા હતા. પોલીસ રાજ કુંદ્રાને લઈને ઘરે પહોંચી હતી. સૂત્રોના જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે ક્રાઈમ બ્રાન્ચ દ્વારા આ મુદ્દે શિલ્પા શેટ્ટીની પણ પૂછપરછ કરવામાં આવી હતી. કલાકો સુધી બંનેને સામસામે બેસાડીને પૂછપરછ કરવામાં આવી હતી. જાણકારોના મતે રાજ કુંદ્રાના મોટાભાગના બિઝનેસમાં શિલ્પા ભાગીદાર હોવાથી તેની પૂછપરછ કરવામાં આવી હતી. આ ઉપરાંત તેમના બેન્ક એકાઉન્ટ અને અન્ય બાબતોની પણ તપાસ કરવામાં આવી રહી છે. શિલ્પા વિઆન કંપનીની ડાયરેક્ટર ક્યારે બની, તેને આ કંપની હેઠળ બનતી પોર્ન ફિલ્મો અંગે જાણકારી હતી કે નહી તથા તેણે શા માટે કંપનીના ડાયરેક્ટર પદને ૨૦૨૦માં છોડી દીધું હતું જેવી ઘણી બાબતોના જવાબ માગવામાં આવ્યા હતા. મહત્ત્વની વાત એ છે કે, અંધેરીમાં વિઆન કંપનીમાં દરોડા પાડવામાં આવ્યા હતા જ્યાંથી ઘણી અશ્લીલ ફિલ્મોનો ડેટા જપ્ત કરાયો હતો.

રાજ કુંદ્રાએ પોતાની ધરપકડને હાઇકોર્ટમાં પડકારી
કોર્ટે રાજ કુંદ્રા અને રેયાન થોર્પેને ૨૭ જુલાઈ સુધી જ્યુડિશિયલ કસ્ટડીમાં મોકલી આપ્યાં છે. ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, ૧૯ જુલાઈએ પકડાયા બાદ આ બંનેને કોર્ટમાં રજૂ કરાયા હતા અને તેમને હવે પાછા ભાયખલા જેલ શિફ્ટ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. બીજી તરફ સૂત્રોના મતે રાજ કુંદ્રા દ્વારા આ ધરપકડ વિરુદ્ધ હાઇ કોર્ટમાં અરજી કરવામાં આવી છે.
૯ કરોડમાં ૧૨૧ ફિલ્મોનો આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરે સોદો કર્યો હતો
જાણકારોના મતે પોલીસે કોર્ટને જણાવ્યું હતું કે, રાજ કુંદ્રાના વોટ્સએપ ચેટમાં ઘણાં રહસ્યો સંતાયેલાં હતાં. આ ઉપરાંત તેના કેટલાક ઈમેલ પણ સામે આવ્યા છે. વોટ્સએપ ચેટ પ્રમાણે રાજ કુંદ્રા ૯ કરોડમાં ૧૨૧ પોર્ન ફિલ્મોનો સોદો પાડી ચૂક્યો હતો. તેણે આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરે ડીલ કરેલી હતી. તેણે પોતાના પોર્ન ફિલ્મોના વેપારને ખ્વાબ નામ આપ્યું હતું. તેના હેઠળ તેણે નિયમો પણ બનાવ્યા હતા. પોલીસના મતે હોટશોટના કન્ટેન્ટ હેડ દ્વારા ૧૪ ઓગસ્ટ, ૨૦૨૦ના રોજ પારસ રંધાવા અને જ્યોતિ ઠાકુર નામના બે લોકોને ઈમેલ કરાયો હતો. તેમાં પોર્ન ફિલ્મો તૈયાર કરવાની સ્ટ્રેટેજી આપવામાં આવી હતી.
