UK FCA Wants To Reform Equity Listing Rules
UK Financial Conduct Authority FCA issued Consultation Paper CP23/10 setting out proposals to reform equity listing rules due to large decline in listed companies in UK of around 40% from 2008 peak. Between 2015 and 2020 UK hosted 5% of Initial Public Offerings globally.
