SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. — Make-A-Wish Northeast New York held a grand opening for the Dr. J. Peter McPartlon Wishing Space in downtown Saratoga Springs. Community members were joined by wish kids and local officials to check out the new space that would be granting the wishes of children with critical illnesses, serving the Capitol district all the way up to Canada.
