Lubbock woman indicted on manslaughter charge in ex-boyfriend's shooting death
A 25-year-old woman who investigators say admitted that she acted recklessly when she shot her ex-boyfriend during a domestic disturbance last December has been indicted by a Lubbock County grand jury. Kaitlin Ehrhart's charge stems from a homicide investigation after Lubbock police officers responded to a shots fired call Dec. 9 at an apartment in the 5300 block of 11th Street and found Ehrhart's boyfriend, 26-year-old Nathaniel Bloedel suffering from a gunshot wound, in an upstairs bedroom, according to an arrest warrant.
