Chicago police say a 17-year-old turned himself in on a gun offense, making him the third suspect arrested following a mass shooting at a McDonald’s near Magnificent Mile last month.
A third suspect has been charged in connection to a deadly mass shooting that occurred last month on Chicago's Near North Side.
The third offender is a 17-year-old boy.
The teen turned himself into police Thursday and was charged with one felony count of unlawful possession of a weapon, Chicago police said.
