Guidelines released this week say at-home COVID-19 test kits should be kept in a controlled temperature environment.

Pfizer and Merck’s easy-to-use COVID-19 pills received emergency approval by the Food and Drug Administration and could be available in the next few weeks.

If approved, it would be the first pill to help treat COVID-19 and would be available later this year.
