Not everybody is accounted for. there may be.to a dozen people still missing. yesterday, philadelphia s mayor michael nutter said they were not yet completely matching the manifest given to them by amtrak officials of who was supposed to be on that train. with the information they had received from local hospitals. nutter was quick to caution that doesn t mean these could be fatalities or something like that. that maybe passengers just didn t board the train that night. obviously, amtrak doesn t have as strict standards on boarding as an airline does. he also said perhaps some passengers did not check in with authorities. so trying to be cautiously optimistic about the search for the unaccounted. of course, there is still the possibility that there will be more fatalities and that number will go up today. karen, we re hearing from the attorney for that the engineer. he does have a lawyer now. says his client doesn t remember anything leading up to the incident. what else are we getti ....
