A NAILSWORTH family have persuaded LEGOLAND Windsor to change a rollercoaster ride policy which required their five-year-old disabled son to get out of his wheelchair and walk.
Sebby Brett, now six, was told he must prove he could walk before boarding the Ninjago ride in case of an evacuation, despite suffering from a medical condition similar to cerebral palsy.
After his parents, Joanne and Duncan Brett, campaigned for fairer treatment, the resort removed the policy for disabled guests on three rides, including Ninjago, and are looking to do the same for seven more before April.
