The head of the government of Armenia, Nikol Vovayevich Pashinyan, who for a long time promised the Armenian public to share "sensational" details and the reasons for the defeat in the Second Karabakh War, finally found time in his "extremely" busy work schedule and spoke at the hearings in the National Assembly (parliament) of the countries.
