Judge rejects heat of passion claims by Virginia Beach sailor charged with killing his wife's lover – Daily Press

A Virginia Beach district judge certified charges including second-degree murder against Tyler Jenkins at the end of a preliminary hearing Thursday. Jenkins was charged in March with killing Timothy Talley III after he walked in on Talley having sex with Jenkins' wife.
