It is just over a week since Andy Malkinson - victim of one of the greatest miscarriages of justice this country has seen - had his rape conviction quashed.
Andrew Malkinson (pictured) was found guilty of raping a woman in Greater Manchester in 2003 and the following year was jailed for life with a minimum term of seven years.
