NEW LONDON NOTES: Kate's Candles is village's newest business Ellen Simmons Special to the Ashland Times-Gazette The village’s newest business is Kate’s Candles, which is located at 49 Railroad St. in the former Gift Box location. Kate Burnsworth is the owner. Although her shop is new, she has been making and selling candles out of her home for about six years.
