Pixabay HOUSTON — The estate of a woman whose father worked with asbestos claims she contracted mesothelioma through exposure and handling of her father's clothing. Robert Weist, individually and as personal representative of the Estate of Kathy Lynn Weist, deceased filed a complaint March 29 in Harris County District Court against Santa Fe Braun Inc., et al alleging wrongful death, negligence, misrepresentation and fraud.
