There are even fewer affordable apartments in Massachusetts than we thought, according to new data
The data dashboard released Tuesday by the nonprofit group Housing Navigator Massachusetts shows that the state has tens of thousands fewer affordable homes than listed in its official inventory. And the data suggest some higher-income communities are using affordable housing policies in racially and economically exclusionary ways.
