Absolutely Fabulous actress Jane Horrocks has laid the blame for her freshly broken wrist square at the feet of her local council who she claims have not done enough to remove black ice.
Jane Horrocks, who starred as Katy Grin and Bubble in BBC sitcom Absolutely Fabulous, had a terrifying accident yesterday after black ice led her to fall off her bike.
