Holly Lofton, of Lindsborg, to the Kansas State Fair Board. Kelley initially appointed Lofton in January of last year to complete the unexpired term of Karen Hibbard of Manhattan, who resigned to take a post with the Council on Travel and Tourism. She'll now have a full 3-year term. Lofton is the director of tourism for the Lindsborg Convention and Visitors Bureau. She also is a former member of the Travel Industry Association of Kansas.
