This morning. You see the inmates there on the ground and this came to an end at 5 06 this morning and it took place at the building c. The inmates were using metal foot lockers filled with water to block the doors and was turned back on as a demand from inmates and officers said they used a backhoe to gain entrance and authorities described why they breached the building when they did.
