Erie families are making up for time lost during the pandemic
It all started 70 years ago, so you can't blame the sisters for trying to keep it up. "We didn't make the decision for a while," said Kathy Sutton, 63, third oldest of the five Raydo sisters and three brothers, aged 54 to 69, whose grandparents started the Christmas Eve tradition of gathering their children and grandchildren at their home in Erie. The extended family now consists of more than 50 relatives from the Erie region, as well as Tennessee, California, Florida and New York.
