State Attorney Melissa Nelson announced that Keith Keglar Jr. pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and unlicensed carrying of a concealed firearm in the shooting death of Tevin Robinson, a beloved hairstylist.
Keith Keglar, 20, is accused of murder in connection to Tevin Robinson's death. Keglar was arraigned Wednesday on murder charge.
