Staff report WARREN — A man who in 2017 was given two years in prison on gun charges is named in a superceding indictment charging him with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, tampering with evidence, illegal conveyance of drugs and aggravated possession of drugs with specification for forfeiture.
