Lock Haven, Pa. — A Lock Haven man was charged after he allegedly kicked in the door of a home on Susquehanna Avenue and threatened another man, police say.
Two vehicle crash LOCK HAVEN Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at the corner of South Fairview Street and Bellefonte Avenue at 3:39 p.m. Jan. 21. Drivers were Heather D. Garman of Lock Haven, and Barbara A. Kessinger of Lock Haven. Garman was transported to UPMC Lock Haven by ambulance with suspected minor injuries, as was a passenger in her vehicle, Barbara Morse who suffered a head laceration. There were three passengers in the Kessinger vehicle and one of them was transported to the hospital, police said. According to police, Garman made a left turn in front of the Kessinger vehicle, which was eastbound on Bellefonte Avenue. Garman will be cited for improper left turn, police said.
