Solano recognizes Black History Month, contributions of African Americans FAIRFIELD — The Solano County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday adopted a resolution recognizing February as Black History Month. The action was part of the board’s consent calendar and comes with a backdrop of ongoing protests and demonstrations about social injustice. There were no comments from the board.
