A Meridian man has been sentenced to prison for driving impaired, hitting and killing a pedestrian in Boise.
Kellen Tutt, 41, from Meridian, was sentenced on Wednesday to serve up to nine years in prison by Ada County District Judge Peter Barton.
“I never knew I could be so incapacitated,” said a 73-year-old man hit by a car in the crosswalk on 11th and State streets in downtown Boise. He’s the fourth at that intersection so far this year.
