NEW SMYRNA BEACH — After four years of frustration and perseverance by the owners, the new River Deck New Smyrna Beach restaurant has finally opened for business, and to rave reviews from longtime locals. "We found problems with the foundation and then ran into permitting problems," said Connie Fuerst, who owns the new restaurant along with her husband Matt and business partners Ken Bots and Vernon Kuftic.
