Votes, we ll know if that percentage is hit at all. provisional votes are counted first. where do you see this going? what would the sink campaign have to see in order to say i want a recount? well, i think we re looking at a provisional ballots because jason is right. under the system now, you don t have all that discretion about whether to order a recount or not. it s pretty much down to the mathematics of it but there are provisional ballots out there. i think the sink campaign can and should want to take a look at those to see if the numbers are significant enough to maybe get you within that 1/2 point percentage that allows a recount to proceed. let s go to colorado where it s too close to call in the senate. ken buck vs. michael bennett. in general, there are a whole bunch of states, jason, that are already reporting what they see as voter fraud. not sure specifically in colorado but in minnesota you have reports of mentally handicapped people being brought ....
