Supplemental pay possible for Caddo Parish essential workers

Caddo Parish employees who worked as essential employees during the pandemic may be getting supplemental pay. The Caddo Parish Commission's Pandemic & Natural Disaster Ad Hoc Committee voted this week to give those workers $1,500. Erica Bryant, assistant Caddo Parish administrator, said during a Natural Disaster Committee meeting this week that the essential workers not only worked through the pandemic but also worked through the recent winter storm.
