Increasing observations may have helped prevent Emma Goulding's death in Barrow, inquest hears
Emma Beth Goulding, of Barrow, died at Furness General Hospital on April 5 last year. The 24-year-old, who had been diagnosed with emotionally unstable personality disorder, had been found hanged on March 30. She had been staying at the Dova Unit, an acute mental health inpatient unit at Furness General, but was due to be discharged on March 31.
