No arrests have been made at this time. Also new this morning. A man wanted by the Hamilton County sheriffs office, is behind bars in arizona. Us marshals say 27yearold john noe was arrested in phoenix after a tip from local officers. Noe is accused of raping a young girl in Colerain Township in october.
