Agency files chargesheet against Sharukh Saifi
In the early hours of Thursday, a fire broke out in a coach of the Alappuzha-Kannur Executive Express train. The train was halted at the Kannur Railway station when the incident took place.
The incident occurred after all the passengers had deboarded and therefore, no one was injured.
The fresh fire incident in the Alappuzha-Kannur Executive Express comes two months after a man named Sharukh Saifi was held from Ratnagiri Railway Station of Maharashtra for setting on fire a co-passenger on the same train.
The incident comes two months after three passengers, including an infant, died and nine people suffered burn injuries when a man poured petrol on them and started a fire on board the same train near Elathur in Kozhikode district.
