Petty Officer Rob Minshull was furious after a developer refused to sell him a £375,000 property in Cornwall after he complained about its 4ft fence, which was 2ft lower than other homes.
The inquest heard how Mr Minshull had entered a depression spiral and had concerns over his children, mortgage rates, and the cost of living crisis before he died in October 2022.
