Oldbury rogue gardener behind bars for shoddy work A ROGUE gardener's shoddy work left Dudley residents out of pocket and having to stump up substantial extra sums to rectify defects and complete jobs, a court was told. Kevin Baggott, from Newbury Lane, Oldbury, is now behind bars after pleading guilty to a number of breaches under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
