Counselor's death at L.A. youth home Wayfinder raises alarms
David McKnight-Hillman was beaten while trying to break up a fight between foster teens at group home and later died. The incident marked one of hundreds of times police had been called to the facility, Wayfinder Family Services, in recent years.
